All prices in this online shop in Euro. If not otherwise indicated, all prices include 19% VAT (value added tax). For customers outside Germany, within the EU, the prices in the online shop are valid and no other costs will be incurred (except postal charges).
For customers outside the EU, it may be possible that customs duties and taxes for import are charged. If your package is subject to these charges, it will be your responsibility to complete the payment to receive your package.
We accept Paypal, and major credit cards via Paypal or Stripe including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. You may also pay via bank transfer. Bank info is displayed after choosing this payment type and proceeding to payment page. Your order will be shipped once funds clear which can take up to 3 business days.
- Orders will be shipped within 3 work days after receipt of payment.
- Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed.
- You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).

Refunds and Returns
In case of a complaint or a return, please always contact us first to resolve the issue and receive further instructions. Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package (if necessary open the package in the presence of the postman). Do not in any case accept a damaged delivery.
- You can return goods within 14 days. The 14-day period starts with the receipt of the goods.
- You must pay the postal cost of return. In justified cases (damaged or wrongly sent item) we will reimburse you.
- Pack your return well. We will not reimburse you for goods that get damaged or lost on the way back to us.
- We only take back sealed audio recordings.
- Textiles have to be unworn and unwashed.
